DECRIPTION:
The LEMFO LEM4 PRO is a beautiful enhancement to the original large format LEM4 from November, 2017. They checked just about every box on this one, making it an outstanding improvement over the original, and a top contender for best Android smartwatch currently on the market. From extra RAM to four times the total storage, this watch rocks. Get ready for a solid implementation of Android 5.1, which is stable and fast, a boost in speed with a faster processor, and an almost unbelievable 1200 mAh battery for long life. If that weren’t enough, there are two surprises not mentioned in the product literature: This watch supports Bluetooth tethered calling (in addition to standalone operation with a SIM card), making it a true, dual-mode smartwatch. It also has a screen I simply can’t figure out. This thing is actually bright and readable in filtered sun (or in bright sunlight if you hold it in shade). The actual watch doesn’t look super bright, like would be needed to override the intensity of the sun, so it must be using some sort of reflective technology to enhance the outdoor brightness and contrast, but I can’t see how it is doing it! Bottom line, it just works as an outdoor Android smartwatch, and that's a huge accomplishment.

This watch is ready for prime time. The bands are removable as well (though they are 28mm wide, which is quite large). That means all antennas are inside the watch, and, as you’ll see in our video tests, they work great. In fact, this is one of the very few that can get a solid GPS lock indoors! If you are comfortable with the size of this watch/phone sized thing (large watch, tiny phone "PHWATCH" crossover), then I highly recommend picking one up. Remember, you can strip it of its bands and use it as a pocket phone or small phone for your purse when you go out and don’t want to lug around your phablet monster phone. Just put your phone SIM in this LEM4 PRO, or have a separate SIM in the LEM4 PRO and forward your calls from your regular phone. There are many ways to have this amazing device work for you. Enjoy!

    1. Welcome Roshin. We have quite a few viewers from India. They are always asking what is the best way to get these watches shipped to your country. I hope as a group you can support each other and figure it out. You are #2 commenter!

    1. Yep. Congrats! Interesting that publishing at a completely different time results in totally different people being 1, 2, and 3.

  1. Great looking watch, Sir! Really looking forward to you popping in an AT&T sim card and checking data speeds. Thank you for sharing!

  2. Sir great video .
So what about waterproof , hope atleast it can resist some drops?
What about gesture option to get the watch time on turning wrist. , has it got?

    1. Thanks, InFocul. The SIM card cover is the weak spot for water intrusion. It only snaps in place. If you don’t plan to use a SIM and want better waterproofing, place some waterproof tape completely over the cover. That will help a lot.

  3. You probably didn’t know this but the location near your ankle where you had the watch, you can also check your heart rate or pulse.

    1. Yes, definitely gesture control is in the settings (probably covered in the first video) and it works well. Do you mean the “OK Google” assistant stuff, or Google text to speech recognition, as in Google talk?

    2. SmartWatch Ticks Thanks for replying and clearing my doubts.
Also ok google and text to speech both or even one their?
So is this the best watch for especially battery and along with other features.
      Can we download watch faces?
      Thanks a lot for helping.

  4. I just don’t get why it’s not 4G LTE in the year 2018 now. Unless that bandwidth is a little thirsty energy wise. IDK. I want one.

    1. Well, I haven’t seen a decent 4G LTE watch yet that works in the USA, and most won’t work at all, so I’d rather have a 3G watch until they get this resolved. I haven’t tested the cellular yet so I don’t know how it performs. I’ve gotta put a rush on some other videos right now.

    2. 4g is only for data on smartwatches. It makes no difference in call quality. And on this particular watch the 3g data speeds are amazing.:)

  5. I am happy with your longish review, there’s your 1-min review for those with a short-term attention span.
