  1. Thank you very much for the 2 video…my conclusion is buy the X16it moves about a lot and why turn and spin the quadcopter before take off when there is GPS in control and quadcopter.?

  2. Nice update to a good review! These seem to be in the class of the Bugs and Hubsan 501 serie, and looks like a good quad. Any chance of getting a 2 o 3 axis gimbal on this?

  3. As always a great review, thanks for that clarification on how the surround mode works
That is great, more useful than just circling the TX.

  4. Yow Q101. Thank you for sharing this video. It is an example of again a very nice and informative demonstration based on the general psycho -pedagogical key aspects of education. On the other hand the quads performance was realy nice. This gives the subscriber a clear and independed view on the Bayantoys performance on the subject.
Hereby a very big ‘thumb upand a subscription (08/09) on your channel. Keep up the good work and thanks again. Robby BUGS3.

  5. Thanks Quadcopter 101, I know Banggood says it has GPS inside transmitter and one in Quadcopter. Ma, from what I understand the technology means on dual GPS is Quadcopter can pickup more satellites. Meaning it can be more accurate. The transmitter doesn’t need GPS because it knows distance to Quadcopter through it’s 2 way telemetry communication with transmitter & Quad.

I guess to answer it positively, I would have to talk to the manufacture. I still think Banggood got it wrong on describing that a GPS is also inside transmitter. But either way you are right to go by the description. But I’ll try to contact Bayangtoys to find out for sure.

    1. There are two camps regarding this subject. It’s very similar (if not the same) as the PC argument back in the 80’s and 90’s. There is thebuild your own” e “not build owncamps. I’m in the not build your own camp. I just don’t see the point when there are so many relatively good/cheap RTF and ARF quads on the market. Also it can be very discouraging and costly (especially if you mess it up). This is particularly true if a person is new in the hobby, and doesn’t have a good understanding of electronics and soldering. And say they do succeed in assembling a quadcopter without damaging components. Then there’s the follow-on chores of binding, lampeggiante, configuring, and tuning. RTF and even ARF will save you from so many potential headaches and wasted time. That’s all I’m going to say on the subject, as the discussion normally goes downhill from here.
