    1. I translated one of your reviews ( Mate 20 x) about a week ago , but it’s not published till this very moment, I really like your detailed reviews and I think it should reach a larger audience, good luck mate

    1. +MeazurAli bad display, okay camera.. the chipset only doesn’t make a phone a proper flagship, in my opinion. (for example – poco). Does seem good value though.

    2. +Kanishck Tewatia I thought Huawei doesn’t allow you to unlock the bootloader, and that there are no custom roms available??

  2. Very good review as always. Don’t think this is the phone to replace my Mate 10 Pro though, still really happy with it and should be getting Pie soon. Can’t understand why stereo speakers aren’t a standard feature yet either. Couldn’t live without those!

  3. sir is ips display quality bad on honor v20 and how is the brightness and sharpness of display while watching youtube etc , and which ips display quality is better for watching YouTube videos poco f1 or honor v20, and what are the major issues of ips display on honor v20, please reply you are doing a fantastic job keep it up. and offcourse waiting for full comparison of Samsung A8s and honor v20, thank you

    1. +TechTablets.com thanks for reply sir, should I buy honor v20 at price tag 31000 thousand Indian rupees, because it is launch in india on 29 January or please give me a suggestion which phone i will buy because my budget is 38000 thousand .

    2. +TechTablets.com really appreciate your work sir how well you are responding to your subscribers this is called a true and honest youtuber i have lot of subscriptions of other tech youtubers but i am very much impressed by you, now i will say only one thing you became my favourite youtuber.

    1. I don’t known man, I also do not want front cam. But here in China, many APPs need face recognition for secure authentication, like online banking etc.

    2. +GG ZZ
Camera recognition is never secure authentication.
If you have a rear facing camera only, just hold a photo of yourself up there. 95 % it works.

    3. I don’t need a front cam for photos. But not having one means I can’t video call. So, a front cam is still needed, at least for me…..

    4. Never thought of not having a front camera, thanks for your opinion, I can easily let go that camera for a clean full view display.
Hope someone can launch it soon, that way we won’t require that cranky slider mechanism, and it will be helpful for cost cutting 😅

  4. So they won’t be any debate or patent dispute for that punch hole in-display camera?, as the S10 series will have the same 🤔,
Not very active on these topics, so confused.
I mean how do these companies settle on who launches these new designs initially?

Slight Edit: I forgot that A8s is already there in market, but my doubt is still not cleared.

    1. You can’t sue Chinese brand for copying your design in the mainland China coz the government will and always will be on Chinese brand side and you gonna lose anyway

  5. the bright side is that most of the problems can be patched with software updates. The hardware is amazing and has a lot of potential.

  6. Your “long” reviews actually feel just right, considering how they’re packed with useful content. I’ve seen 8-minute reviews that felt like I wasted a couple of minutes, but not so with your 20-minute videos.

I agree that it’s great for the asking price. The Night Shot samples look really good! There’s a 4000 mAh battery, and a headphone jack! The hole punch camera is quite small too and not as annoying as I had anticipated (this is the first review I’ve seen of a phone with hole punch cam).

Oh and Vera looks like she put on some weight 😄

    1. Thanks, a lot find them too long and boring. Not for everyone. Yes for the price it’s really quite alright and also the hole isn’t bothering me much as I thought it would. Yes, Vera has put on a bit of weight and her winter coat. She is less active in winter.

  7. Thanks for this review. I was kinda convinced that this is a really great phone and I thought I could live with software. But seems like that’s not the case. OP7 will be it, for me. The cameras are also okayish, and the display is not that great too…

  8. Nice to hear a kiwi voice giving perspective on the world of smartphones 👍. Hay man, whats your opinion on super amoled screens vs LCD. Honor and the like seem to always use LCD.

    1. Thanks, SAMOLED is much better, but it can get burn in with static images. IPS panels are good, it all depends on the panel, the one used here isn’t great. A lot of light leakage, dark edges and the gamma is way off.

  9. Your reviews are so simple yet so detailed and I mean it’s by far the best for me.
Feel lucky to be your subscriber, it’s been quite a long time now.😇😇
