It was fixed in there and a camera. How many times would come knocked out? You'D knock out a place and it was almost impossible to get to snap back in yeah, ah hot glue it in place. So this this doesn't have that problem. This tiny, Hawk they've also gone to four blade props and they give you some extra ones. I'Ll show you so you know that the biggest problem was how easy these pop off – and these do also pop off the motor – is pretty easy, but they don't pop off. If they pop off you at least you have spare, so I should say the original, but you lost them, you didn't hit any spares, and then you had to sit and wait forever to get a new set in so let's go over everything that comes with it And we're going where the specs here at the drone as well let's, go ahead and take a look at the drone and then we'll go over the accessories. Your USB port is back here in the back that's, where you plug it in here, and then you can configure it with beta flight. This comes flashed with beta flight for point 1.0 it's. What it's flashed with your binding button is over here on. If I can find it it's on the side right in here, I believe yeah and you can kind of just hold it's up in here. You can kind of hold the frame of a in and push right now.
I can feel it pressing the button, and now you don't have to power it on while holding it in like they used to make you have to do this. You can just power it up, then press it in. I think the blue light will again flashing differently, and then you can put your controller into binding mode now. Just use this free sky d8 mode so that but taranis like I use, binds right up with the receiver in here. So just get that bound, and then you can configure it and beta flight. Now it comes with pin profiles and rate profiles in there. Now they don't, they tell you in here. You need to make sure that you switch the pig profile and you should also switch the rate profile for the 2's battery or 1s, depending which one you're going to fly with it automatically will switch the pig profile because there's a way and Beta Phi. You could set that up to the command line. Interface and Emacs has done that, but it won't switch the rate profile, so you can go in to beta fly and then switch that to the second rate profile or one rate profile. I depend on whether using the 1s or 2's battery – and you can also do that through your OSD in your controller as well. If you want to not have to mess with connecting it to beta fight, but it will. The pig profile is much more important and it will automatically switch between REO profile.
1. Excuse me, pig profile 1 in pit row profile to depend on which battery you're plugging into this. So here is the 2's battery, and this is a three hundred milli amp hour. Emacs battery, they also give you a 1s which is more for indoors. I use it to s and you'll see it into this review outdoors, and this is a 450 ml amp hour. 1S lipo. I believe these are lithium ion yeah. These are high voltages 4.35, and this one here is 7.6 on the the the 2's is 7.6. So these are li HV. They give you a little bag of some screwdrivers and more rubber bands for the batteries and an extra little plug. If you need one, you damaged the original, and here is the charger for the balance plug for the 2s and then a regular plug for the 1s. Is there and then these are like the oh. I think it goes solid, green when it's done. I believe this flashes lost charging here's your instruction manual, that comes inside of it there and then, of course here is the extra props and then some eMac stickers also come with a view of what to stick those on your controller or something like that. So let's go over some of the specs here. I'Ve got it up on my phone. Of course this is 75 millimeter a wheelbase on this. It weighs around forty three and a half grams. With the 1s light, lipo install to be a little bit more with the 2s.
The motors are 16000 kV motors here little brushless motors and let's see the flight controllers. An f4 says it's that am 8k f4 or flight control. I may not be pronouncing that right. The ESC is a four and one 5 amp flash of BL heli s from where and MX Emax proprietary spi receiver, as I mentioned in which, of course, is compatible with free sky d8 mode. The video TX here you can see the antenna on the back for the receiver and down here in the bottom, for the video TX that is 25 100 and 200 milliwatts, which the 137 channel. So you can switch that either in you know, through your controller or you can undo the through your controller or you can switch it in a beta flight which I've done now and an indoor fridge you're, seeing there that's done at 25 milliwatts the outdoors I switched It over to 200 millivolts, you notice all the break up in a static and losing signal. That is not this drones fault. They'Ve done an improvement over the original video TX in the original. A tiny, Hawk that's, just a symptom. My goggles, my even with better, intends my goggle just terrible. I get tons of interference. Tons of breakup I've got to get a better set of goggles, so please don't judge the video TX quality is drawn by my the footage you see here in the review and the camera here in the front.
This is a run, cam nano2 and it had let's, say 700 TV l, CMOS sensor in this. So alright guys. So I said it really flies nice and I don't get a very long flight time. You use it all these loops. It seemed a little bit premature on the lvc or you know the low battery warnings on a 2 s I'm thinking my 2 s, bad may not be the greatest. Of course it is only 300 million powernet. Probably why cuz I mean less than a minute in outdoors I'm already eating a low voltage morning. You know low battery laying then you get the land now a little later so so you guys saw some of the indoor footage that I ran alongside here during this review. So you can see what it's like indoors outdoors as where I actually fight acro indoors. Of course, I'm flying it stabilized our angle mode how it nodes. I fly tack right, not a very good, acro pilot. So keep that in mind. I don't really do anything. You couldn't really do much pretty much really I'm doing a Crow's. You could do in stabilized mode because I, like so I'm, not real good at it. I need to get more stick time in on that, but again the interference you see is just gon na be from my my and my goggles. So what we'll do now is we'll move along you've seen the indoor footage I will go outside now for the outdoor air CRO footage where you can actually see it along with some line of sight.
So you can see the throttle punch and then you know it. Scoots, along pretty good and, of course, that's running it 200 milliwatts setting and the pit profile too and rate profile to the indoor footage you saw was, of course, rate profile, one and pit profile, one. So let's move along now our doors for that outdoors. Acro footage guys so be right back alright, guys, let's take the Emacs tiny Hawk 2000 out for its to us lipo outdoors flight. Here I got you know: it's set the pit rate profile to and you plug it in. It will automatically switch that, but I also went into beta flight and put it to the the rate profile to, though you can do that for your controller in the beta flight OSD so I'm, just flying around here I'll do a little line of sight first and Then we'll switch over to some footage from my cheapo goggles here and if the fpv footage breaks up a lot or anything it's, not the tiny, hawk it's, these cheap, goggles they've just done Tory's. For that, I need to give them good some good ones, but anyway well flying around here line of sight in the new SEM fpv and then I'll come back at the end of this video after the fpv acro footage we'll go to some indoor footage on the 1'S live light. Hopefully I put some of that in picture and picture during the table review, but I want to give you guys the full indoor, video that's just line angle mode or stabilized mode.
I'Ll fly this an acro, though my goggles but I'm, not a really good acro pilot. So just keep that in mind. But we'll fly it here and stabilize you Steve. You guys an idea on the throttle, punch and know how it runs so let's go ahead and plug it in out Katie's driving that's max truck around here right now. So you hear that in the background that's just her driving, she wants to drive trucks right now. So I'm gon na head and won't wall up plug this in and set it down here and fire up the Taranis QX seven I got it set let's see if I can get my to stabilize horizon and a crow here. These little thumb grips. You see I'm gon na be reviewing these. These are really cool. I got these in for review and these I'm gon na try these out say for the first time, get on my Tyrannis and see how it works. I'M, really excited about let's, go ahead and we'll. Take it up now and fly in around so I'm just gon na back up here, let's go ahead and take it up. Oh yeah, that's Destin, good Frollo punch what'd. You expect on 2's, oh yeah. I like these thumb grips. This is not my review of them, but I'm gon na come back and do one. This is my first time flying with them. Yeah I like those red LEDs. They added underneath the body there under the ducted fan area, see those guys – and it shows up good here in the evening.
That'S a nice touch and you get four extra propellers on this one. Now, because you know these from the Taurus, especially in the original 10 out for the propeller, is flying off and then he lose them and you'd be out of luck because they were hard to get them in stock. They were always out of stock. You hear someone yelling my name that's, my my youngest one inside he wants to come out and she'll be running all over. That pool cover there and getting wet. If I let her so let's bring it over here and we'll land. It now guys see. If I can ease it down in my hands and then I got a half that was me know what happened there. If I bumped the, I was trying to catch it and I bumped the throttle with my BA I my my tummy and that caused it to do that so yeah. I usually don't wreck him in hand catching brushless, but this is small enough I'm. Not too worried. You could get a little nick or something, but anyway, yeah that'll wrap up this little line of sight.
