Tethering app:
WoFit –

This V19 smart health band is in the same class as the i7E recently reviewed. Make sure you watch that one as well to get a broad understanding about new ways of monitoring hearth health. Much of this new technology is due to the expertly designed WoFit tethering app (which should be use as a model for all other tethering apps). This app has multiple tiers of information showing the exact data that underlies the presented conclusions. For example, one of the most amazing features of this band/app combination is special Lorenz Scatter Diagrams (scatter plots). In the background, starting at midnight, the V19 begins continuously assessing heart rate variability for placing little dots on an ever evolving scatter plot. It resets itself each night at midnight and does its testing throughout the night. A user doesn't need to touch anything, just wear the band to bed. Later, when the data is synced with the app, the scatter plot is created. This happens night after night, and can be examined and studied in detail. It's an extensive X-Y graph of HRV values plotted in a way that allows for irregularities to be instantly viewable.

Important Notices for Heart Monitoring Devices –
BIOMETRIC MEASUREMENT WARNING: This device claims to produce and evaluate heart wave ECG data. The accuracy of the readings HAVE NOT BEEN VERIFIED and MAY NOT BE ACCURATE. As such, you are advised to proceed with caution and to *NOT* rely upon readings from this or any similar devices for making decisions regarding your medical condition or health. Fitness/Health watches/bands offering biometric measurements such as heart rate, Blood Pressure, blood oxygen, fatigue, breath rate, etc., should be considered supplemental to seeking true and accurate readings taken under optimal conditions by trained professionals using accurate, calibrated equipment. If you feel concerned about your health, do not self-diagnose, especially from using inexpensive, uncalibrated non-medical wearable devices such as this one. Seek proper medical advice. Enjoy your new toy, but remember, it is a toy.

  1. I hope that in your full video you can show without a doubt that the ecg works and I’m also curious what you have to say about this new SAS feature. First time i see a band with it This might be my future purchase as my wife complains that i snore too much. Lol

    1. You bet. I’m totally amazed that the ECG works so well. Still trying to figure out how. With the red diodes on the back for Blood Oxygen, finally we can see more information. There will be a comparison video coming up after the full review as well, and it will extend and amplify on this watch’s capabilities, too. Enjoy!

    1. Yes and no. It’s different. All that will be covered in a comparison video coming up in a few days. The full review will go into detail on this one later today.

    1. Seems like a nice basic watch, but it’s the same price as this one and doesn’t do half the stuff, so I’ll probably skip reviewing it. Because of the advances in Blood Oxygen reading accuracy and diversity, I’mm looking for fitness bands that have the red diodes as well as the green ones. We want to keep moving forward, not backward. Thanks for the suggestion though. This band/watch with trie Blood Oxygen and ECG functions at the same $30 price would be a good competitor.

  2. Smartwatch Ticks I deleted my comment. Personally, I can’t see wasting time watching how many watch faces a watch has or how many health functions it has. Every watch has that now so its a moot point. I would like to see how well each watch’s GPS works with Google maps and how the speakers sound. in other words,. more emphasis on how all the radios work. thanks for listening .

    1. OK guys, here’s a niche that needs filling. Start reviewing some of your watches addressing the points Dutchboy 2019 is making and you’ll be able to build a solid audience. Get started with the free Y13 smartwatch being offered in another video, and cover the tech stuff that isn’t in a typical review. Then move on to Android, WearOS, and Tizen watches! We need you! I do what I do in basic unboxing and 1st look reviews. Need help with others taking up the slack for reviewing sound quality, screen daylight and evening brightness, all the radios, fitness/GPS integration and linking to 3rd party apps like Strava and Runtastic, battery life, camera quality, video quality, gaming apps, chat apps, WhatsApp integration, you know, everything. Oh, and we need it on each and every watch you touch, too. And please do it in less than 15 minutes total ’cause these reviews are too long already!

This is me screaming “Uncle!” if you know what that term means…..

  3. Looks fantastic! Looking forward to the full review. The app is fantastic… I have the morepro v09S which uses the same WoFit app – the HRV and SPO2 features are fantastic! Any comments on display readability in sunlight would be appreciated.

  4. Thank you for the great video! You have a wonderful channel.

What is the difference between this exact Bakey V19 at Banggood and other ones at other stores missing the Bakeey label but still called V19 and appear to look identical? Are they knock offs? I won’t include links. I’m just wondering if Bakeey is the original manufacturer or someone else is, and what the deal is with those copy cats. Thanks!

  5. ECG and HRV are helpful. Others don’t help at all. In particular, blood pressure measurement is too error.
It also measures your heart rate and blood pressure even when you’re not wearing it.
