Tethering app:
YFit –
WARNING: This app produces FAKE (but realistic looking) ECG Charts. Avoid buying any device that uses the YFit app for tethering and offer ECG. The ECG option does not appear on the app until it is tethered to an ECG reading device, making it harder to detect what they are doing.

DECRIPTION:
I don’t think I have ever reviewed such a bad product in so many ways. This sad excuse for a fitness band should represent to all Chinese watch making companies what NOT to do:

Do NOT make a device that claims to be waterproof only to have it fall apart in pieces while sitting in the band (I’m serious! Watch the review!);
Do NOT make a device that you have to remove from the band in order to attach it to a charger;
Do NOT make a charger that doesn’t fit or stay connected to the device;
Do NOT under ANY CIRCUMSTANCES do NOT FAKE ECG charts as real readings, especially by making them look realistic as to fool people that they may be real readings of their heart condition;
and most importantly…
*DO* STOP ANY COMPANY from releasing products that are obvious defects, obvious fakes, and falsely advertised just to take advantage of the public. For every product like this one that makes it to market, ten more people will who see it will never buy Chinese products again, good or bad, because of the bad quality and false claims of this one. This device represents China. Is this how China wants to be represented to the world?

WARNING: DO NOT USE THIS BAND FOR ECG MEASUREMENTS. THEY ARE TOTALLY FAKE. Also, double check the accuracy of the other data, like heart rate, blood pressure, etc. Not only are the measurements fake on this one, but they are made to look real, and that constitutes fraud, the intentional action to deceive. I cannot recommend this, and I cannot stand by and say nothing. You have been warned! Do not buy this band.

Important Notices for Heart Monitoring Devices –
BIOMETRIC MEASUREMENT WARNING: This device claims to produce and evaluate heart wave ECG data. The accuracy of the readings HAVE NOT BEEN VERIFIED and MAY NOT BE ACCURATE. As such, you are advised to proceed with caution and to *NOT* rely upon readings from this or any similar devices for making decisions regarding your medical condition or health. Fitness/Health watches/bands offering biometric measurements such as heart rate, Blood Pressure, blood oxygen, fatigue, breath rate, etc., should be considered supplemental to seeking true and accurate readings taken under optimal conditions by trained professionals using accurate, calibrated equipment. If you feel concerned about your health, do not self-diagnose, especially from using inexpensive, uncalibrated non-medical wearable devices such as this one. Seek proper medical advice. Enjoy your new toy, but remember, it is a toy.

    1. Yes, the LEM T is currently on backorder and I’m waiting for an advanced prototype from LEMFO. They say it is still in testing. It should be an amazing square Android smartwatch when we finally see it.

    1. It’s important to show this kind of quality because, unfortunately, it still comes out of China from time to time.

  1. That charger does not match the device. I have the same charger on a xiaomi mi band 3, but the one you have has something extra on the back and does not fit as it should. My mi band 3 fits fine in the charger.

    1. It seems like the charger is for something smaller or with a different style body. It has trouble making pin contact. Not an easy fit as all.

  2. Yikes, you need not say anything more!!!! Thanx for alerting disciples of your channel to this mess of a watch!!!! I’m anxiously awaiting my LEM T arrival……..31 preorders as of today…….you’re probably #1, I’m #6 in line. You know that watch is no lightweight, it weighs in at 200 grams if the specs are correct……..that’s 10 grams heavier than my Mate 9 phone…….I find that a little hard to digest!!!!

    1. At last! I was looking for one good point. You saved me! I’ll just wear the empty band when I’m out with the demo phone. 😉

    1. Hopefully we’ve spared a few others some disappointment. Hang in for the next two reviews. They are on the total opposite end of the spectrum compared to this one. I am still reveling in glee having warn them both for several days now.
