This is a detailed comparison video of the only known health bands yet on the market that support heart health evaluation using Lorenz Scatter Diagrams. Both bands do a whole lot more as well. In some areas they overlap. In others they each shine separately. This video helps you determine which band would be best for your lifestyle and current health condition.

Some definitions and references:
A Lorentz scatter plot (Poncale scatter plot or Lorenz-RR plot) refers to a cross-sectional view of a multidimensional spatial structure with nonlinear chaotic features.

A Poincaré graph or plot is a non-linear heart rate variability technique that plots each RR interval as a function of the previous RR interval. The plot provides summary information such as total variability represented as a central ellipse. More details available here:

Important Notices for Heart Monitoring Devices –
BIOMETRIC MEASUREMENT WARNING: This device claims to produce and evaluate heart wave ECG data. The accuracy of the readings HAVE NOT BEEN VERIFIED and MAY NOT BE ACCURATE. As such, you are advised to proceed with caution and to *NOT* rely upon readings from this or any similar devices for making decisions regarding your medical condition or health. Fitness/Health watches/bands offering biometric measurements such as heart rate, Blood Pressure, blood oxygen, fatigue, breath rate, etc., should be considered supplemental to seeking true and accurate readings taken under optimal conditions by trained professionals using accurate, calibrated equipment. If you feel concerned about your health, do not self-diagnose, especially from using inexpensive, uncalibrated non-medical wearable devices such as this one. Seek proper medical advice. 1. Mr Ticks, about the V19, can it store the data on its memory (ecg, bbp, hrv, sleep) without having the phone tethered?
Can I then at a later date sync that info to the app?
I want it to collect data while sleeping without having my phone on.
    Thanks for the great review.

  2. I think there are people who doubt the ECG function of the products you reviewed. If you compare it with Apple Watch 4, which is certified for medical use, you won’t doubt the ECG function. I think others will trust it. Do you have Apple Watch 4?

  3. Thank you for the comparison! I’m more on the active side so I’ll go with the I7E. Hopefully they upgrade the app so it can be as detailed as the WoFit one.
