  7. Umidigi Official Store turned out to be a liar. I bought smartphine Umidigi Bison on sale in which first five hundred people who would buy the smartphine will recive bonus smartwatch Umidigi. At the moment when I paid for my phone there were two hundred and sixteen other people who bought it. That’s why i should got smartwatch with the phone.

    2. @Julie Fisher The shop doesn’t react on my question. I bought the phone on 16th of October, but they send it on 20th of November. They didn’t send bonus smartwatch and *opóźnili* shipping *o ponad miesiąc*. I will never buy anything form umifigi again. If their smartphones are the same quality as company actions I don’t want to have anything with this company.

      That’s just like my experience with Amazfit. The Amazfit Stratos watch is JUNK! Don’t buy it. The heart rate sensor glass fell off & I contacted Amazfit about it….NO REPLY. FK THEM ALSO! Too bad you had a bad experience with Umidigi. I had the Umidigi F1 phone & it has been a pretty good phone. So good after about 4yrs I passed it on to my daughter & it’s still working well.

  11. Hi UMIDIGI team, can you link the Paiactive-app from Google Play store? 🙂 Please don’t tell me to scan the QR code from the manual or directly from the device – it is not working; I have tried. Search in the Play store does not give results either.
    I cannot recommend anyone to buy this device just yet, it clearly is not ready for the market.

    Hopefully it will be in a day or two, otherwise I will return it. The watch is looking very nice, but if you cannot get the app, what’s the point? GPS, Sleep tracker, Weather info, Alarms, Notifications, all other health trackers – all not available for usage without the app. Plus, it is only compatible with that one single app, therefore you cannot use the device if you don’t have it. If you only want to have a nice looking digital watch that is showing the time, sure, go ahead and buy it. 😀 But you can find that for much less money…
